We are happy to inform you that dogs are also welcome with us. Both in all restaurants and in the hotel.
We charge CHF 20.00 per dog per night without food.
Please note that dogs must be kept on a leash in all areas of the hotel.
We would like to inform you that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room.

Cancellation conditions via us directly

Until 5 days (18.00 hrs) before arrival you have the possibility to cancel your stay free of charge.
(About high season periods may change the cancellation period. Note your booking confirmation or the offer)

In case of changes, cancellations, non-arrival or early departure, after the cancellation deadline, we will charge the total price of the stay.
Should we have to close the hotel due to Corona guidelines, cancellation is free of charge even after the cancellation period.

If a booked room is no longer used, payment of the total price of the stay is still required even if the cancellation period has already expired.
The obligation to pay for the booked room remains in force even if the room is resold after cancellation or non-use.

We recommend that all our guests take out cancellation insurance as our cancellation policy applies in all cases.
