Cancellation conditions via us directly

In general: free cancellation is possible up to 5 days before arrival (18.00 hrs).
During peak seasons, the dates may vary; please check your booking confirmation. Cancellation policies are stricter via Booking.com or similar platforms.

After this deadline, 100% of the total stay will be charged in case of cancellation, modification, no-show, or early departure.

The obligation to pay remains regardless of whether the room can be rebooked.

No exceptions will be made.

By making a reservation, you explicitly accept these terms; goodwill exceptions are excluded.

These conditions also apply to group bookings.

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

We are on holidays up to and including 12th May

The hotel is closing its doors for a short break. However, our Pizzeria Veneziana remains open daily. From 13th May, we’ll be kicking off the summer season together
