Cancellation conditions via us directly

As a general rule, you have the option of cancelling your stay free of charge up to 5 days (18:00) before arrival. (The cancellation period may change during high season. Please refer to your booking confirmation or the offer)

In the event of changes, cancellations, no-shows or early departures after the cancellation deadline, we will charge the total price of the stay. If a booked room is no longer used, payment of the total price of the stay is still required even if the cancellation period has already expired. The obligation to pay for the booked room remains even if the room is sold again after cancellation or non-use. (These guidelines also apply to group trips; see confirmation)

We recommend that all our guests take out travel cancellation insurance, as our cancellation conditions apply in all cases.
